Jason Fullilove's passion for the culinary arts has taken him from his home In Ohio to the glitz and glamour of New York, the rhythms and spices of the Caribbean and now to the fresh food capital of the universe: California. Along that journey, Chef Fullilove has soaked up flavors and wisdom from some of the top culinary figures in America. As one of America’s rising young culinary stars, Chef Fullilove is committed to innovative, cutting-edge cuisine using the freshest ingredients available. Jason's mentors include Mark Peel and Joachim Splichal. He has worked with Ritz-Carlton, B R Guest Hospitality and Patina Group. Jason is currently the Executive Chef at The Malibu Pier Restaurant and Bar. He adheres to a simple credo: “Passion. Exuberance. Balance.”

Theodora Holt is a certified Holistic Health Counselor accredited through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Columbia University Teachers College and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Using personal goals, positive psychology, and functional medicine she helps people create lasting health based on bio-individuality. She is a food educator, hosting workshops on fermentation and basic cooking techniques. She has owned and operated an independent catering company in Los Angeles.
